Privacy

What we keep. Your name, email, organisation and plan, so we can issue a key, invoice you and write to you. A count of answers per key per month, so we can meter the plan. The IP address that asked the free question, for one day, so one address gets one free answer a day. Leads you send through the form on the front page.

What we do not keep. The questions you ask. Our server logs record the name of the tool called and the time — never the question text or its arguments. We do not need it and we do not want to hold it.

Screenshots. Screens you audit on your machine never reach us. Screens in our library were captured by us, on our own accounts, and personal details on them are redacted before they are published.

Payments. Razorpay handles the card; we never see card numbers. Razorpay's privacy policy covers that step.

Third parties. Render (hosting, Singapore), Razorpay (payments, India), and the email provider that sends your welcome email. Nothing else receives your data. We do not sell it and we do not advertise with it.

Your rights. Write to hello@behaive.in to see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted. Deleting the key ends the plan.
