Terms of service

Who. BehAIve is operated by Aumera Sriveda LLP, Hyderabad, India ("we"). You are the person or organisation holding a BehAIve key ("you").

What you get. Access to our answers and our library through a key, for the plan you paid for: Individual (one person, 300 answers a month) or Team (up to ten people, one key, 300 answers a month each). An answer is one call to a question tool; browsing the library is not counted. Plans are billed yearly and renew on the date shown on your profile page unless you cancel before it.

What you may do. Use the answers and screens in your own product work — specs, designs, reviews, internal decks. Quote us with attribution.

What you may not do. Share a key outside the people it is for; resell, republish or bulk-export the library or the answers; build a competing dataset from them; or remove our attribution from material you pass on.

Our audits are readings, not rulings. A "breaks" verdict is our reading of a cost to the user on that screen. A CCPA line says a screen matches the description of a practice in the Indian consumer regulator's guidelines; it is not a legal finding and we are not your lawyers. Never rely on an answer as legal advice.

Your own audits stay yours. Screens you audit with our tools on your machine are not sent to us and are not added to our library.

Availability. We aim for the service to be up all the time and do not promise it. If it is down for more than 24 hours in a month we extend your plan by the days lost.

Ending. You can stop renewing at any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. We may end a key that is shared, used to scrape, or used against these terms, with a refund of the unused months.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
