Refunds and cancellation

Yearly plans. Cancel within 14 days of the first payment for a full refund, no questions. After 14 days the year is paid for; you can stop it renewing at any time from hello@behaive.in and access runs to the renewal date.

Something wrong. If an answer is wrong, tell us; we correct the audit. If the service was down for more than 24 hours in a month, we add the days back. If we end your key for a reason that is ours, we refund the unused months.

How. Refunds go back to the card or account that paid, through Razorpay, within 7 working days of our reply.

Invoices. Issued at payment with our GST number (36ACKFA9307N1ZW). GST is added at the prevailing rate on the prices shown.
